Meet Cari, our KadeeFit Member Spotlight of the Month! The Cari x KadeeFit is an intermediate 30 minute mat pilates. This series targets each muscle to get that full body burn! 3 words to describe yourself? Spontaneous + Chill + Transparent
How do you stay actively motivated? Tennis is my favorite form of exercise and stress relief and Pilates keeps my body healthy and strong.
What is your guilty pleasure? Glute and quad strength to keep my knees strong but a close second is shoulder mobility.
What part of your body is your primary focus when working out? Neck and lower back.
