    This spicy workout will give you a full body burn! Equipment used for this class includes: BOSU, hand weights, pilates ball and short band. This workout can still be done without the use of equipment, just using your own body weight.


    This full body reformer workout focuses on both upper and lower body extension. We will work both upper and lower body using hand weights and a short box for side lying booty and shoulder work.
    In addition, we will focus on single arm extension, legs in straps, footwork and modified climb a tree.
