Welcome to Day 1 of 21 Evolve! This a perfect start to prepare and ease your body for what's to come. In this 30 min class, we will begin by strengthening the abs and back. In the remainder of the class, we will mobilize the hips and shoulders while stretching the lower body. We will perform lateral flexion and rotation of the spine allowing you to feel loose, strong and lighter in all the right places.
Extra Credit: Take a 30 min brisk walk or jog.
