How does KadeeFit motivate you? KadeeFit has put me in the best shape of my life. I always love doing the workouts because not only can I feel myself getting stronger but I’m never in any pain and I always feel happy after I’m done.
What is your favorite quality about Kadee? She is so honest and methodical in her workouts. I never feel like she is making be do an exercise or move because it looks cool. I trust that her workouts are safe for my body!
What is your guilty pleasure? TV!
What part of your body is your primary focus when working out? Legs, booty, and abs using resistance bands!
