Meet Cari, our KadeeFit Member Spotlight of the Month! The Cari x KadeeFit is an intermediate 30 minute mat pilates class focused on strengthening and stretching the chest and shoulders, working articulation of the spine, core and inner/outer thigh. We will be using both a long band and short band in this workout.

3 words to describe yourself? Spontaneous + Chill + Transparent
How do you stay actively motivated? Tennis is my favorite form of exercise and stress relief and Pilates keeps my body healthy and strong.
What is your guilty pleasure? Glute and quad strength to keep my knees strong but a close second is shoulder mobility.
What part of your body is your primary focus when working out? Neck and lower back.
